Take a floatplane flight
Leave directly from the jetty at Peppers on the Point by floatplane and marvel at the stunning scenery of the geothermal region from above. One of our guest's favourite daytrips is taking a floatplane to meet Pure Cruises to enjoy beautiful Lake Rotoiti from the water. The major theme of our air tours is 'volcanic', specialising in the dormant icon volcano of Mt Tarawera, the active offshore volcano of White Island, the crater lakes and geothermal features of the area.
