Elite Resorts of Asia Pacific was founded on a simple principle – bring the best of Asian Luxury Resorts to the discerning traveller across the world. The site was created exclusively for those seeking out resorts with a difference, resorts that are inspirational, resorts that redefine what an enlightening experience should be – in short they will provide memories that last far beyond the trip home.
Elite Resorts of Asia Pacific was founded by two industry veterans who have great experience in defining true luxury experiences. Mark Greedy, the CEO, has over 30 years experience and for the last 12 years was Vice President of Asia Pacific for The Leading Hotels of the World. Jim Smith, the Managing Director, also brings over 30 years in the travel business and since 1997 was Vice President and General Manager for American Express in Asia Pacific.
Their experience as a leadership team has allowed Elite to embark down a path of redefining what a luxury resort experience is. Elite believe it should be what you want it to be, not what we or the industry want it to be. Therefore you will see a wide selection of resorts as well as activities that may give you pause to re-think what it is you truly want out of your travel experience.
What makes Elite Resorts?
- Participation in Elite Resorts is by invitation only. Elite carefully search out the resorts that provide not just superior accommodations but also look for those who provide unique and unrivaled customer experiences.
- Elite is only focused on Asia and the Pacific region and only on "resorts".

- Elite is a one-stop portal where customers can learn about the resorts, review a selection of unique experiences, get advance travel planning support and then make an informed decision.
- Elite provide direct links to the resorts reservation process whether it be a booking engine or e-mail.
- 'Friends of Elite' participants will receive insider information, tips and targeted communications relative to your desired travel profile.
Reservations
Elite Resorts of Asia Pacific makes the reservations or inquiry process very simple for you. On each of our resort, episode, experience, living, and luxury alliance pages, you will find a button that allows you to either go directly into the reservation/booking or e-mail process with the chosen property. It is that easy! In this way you will get access to the most up-to-date information on availability and payment processes directly from the Resort. If you would like to talk to the resort directly, we have also provided detailed contact information for each resort.
